Do I pay every month?
No. You pay me once. Start and Business sites run on free hosting in your name, so the only repeat cost is your domain, once a year.
Is anything paid separately?
Yes, the domain, for example your-business.uz. You buy it yourself and renew it once a year with the registrar, so it always stays in your name.
How long does it take?
Start takes 7 working days and Business 15, counted from the day I have the first payment and your materials. Days you spend checking a version don't count. A Custom project gets its date after the call.
How do I pay?
In soʻm, by my payment QR code or a bank transfer, with an electronic receipt for every payment; companies and individual entrepreneurs also get an electronic invoice. Start and Business: half before I start, half when you approve the finished site, before it goes live. Custom: 40% to start, 30% when you approve the design, 30% before launch. The site, the code and the accounts are handed over after the last payment.
What if I change my mind?
You can stop the project at any time before the site is handed over. You pay only for the work done up to that day, and I return the rest within 5 working days, the same way you paid. If I don't start on time or miss the agreed date, you can cancel and get back everything you paid. If the project waits on you for more than 30 days after my reminder, I can close it on the same terms.
Can my site take card payments?
On Custom, yes: Payme, Click or Uzum. They only connect a registered business (individual entrepreneur or company): your business signs the agreement with the payment service, and the service sends your buyers electronic receipts. I connect it to the site, help you find the tax code (IKPU) for each product, and we test a real payment together. On Start and Business, orders come to your Telegram, and a registered business can send the buyer a payment link from its own Payme Business account.
Can I change products and prices myself?
On Business, yes. The catalog lives in a Google Sheet in your name: from your phone you add or remove a product and change a price, a photo or “in stock”, then tick the “Saytni yangilash” (update site) box in the sheet. The site updates in about a minute, at no cost. On Custom you get an admin panel instead.
Who owns the site?
You do. After the last payment the design, the code and the hosting account are yours. I may show the finished site in my portfolio if you don't mind.
What kinds of sites do you make?
Business sites, online shops, landing pages, portfolios and personal pages, course sites, and platforms with accounts. If yours is something else, ask.
What do I need to send?
Your logo, photos, prices and the text you want on the site. If something is missing, we sort it out when we talk.
Can it be in Uzbek and Russian?
Start is in one language, and Uzbek is the safe choice: advertising in Uzbekistan has to be in Uzbek. Business and Custom come in up to three: Uzbek, Russian and English.
Can I change things after launch?
Yes. For 3 months after launch I fix for free anything in the agreed work that doesn't work as agreed. New pages or features, design changes, and problems caused by someone else's edits or by outside services are new work: I name a fixed price before I start. Small edits to text, photos or prices cost 99,000 soʻm each; on Business you change the catalog yourself, for free.
